After nearly a decade of grassroots impact and Pan-African engagement, Evolufy Africa has announced a bold restructuring of its operations. The transformation, which was shared by founder Abayomi Adeola Della in an official LinkedIn announcement, marks a new chapter in the organization's journey of advancing education, leadership, and development across the continent.
“We’re excited to share our new organizational structure—one that allows us to focus deeply where it matters most,” Della stated. “This isn’t just about internal change; it’s a renewed commitment to building a future where young Africans thrive.”
The organization will now operate through two newly defined arms:
-
Tsion Academy – Providing free, quality education to out-of-school children, especially in underserved communities.
-
Maendeleo Africa – Empowering young African leaders with the skills, mindset, and tools to influence systems and drive sustainable development.
From its humble beginnings as a teenage passion project, Evolufy Africa has grown into a platform that has touched lives across communities in Africa. This next step, according to Della, is a necessary evolution.
“But growth demands focus,” she noted. “This restructuring enables us to build with intentionality and long-term vision.”
Della also took the opportunity to recognize the backbone of Evolufy Africa—the team members who have been instrumental in the organization’s progress. She thanked Kehinde Adekunle, Monica Samuel-Onyugo, Grace Eyiolawi, and Blessing Oluwasakin, ACIPM, HRPL, for their years of dedication and resilience.
“This is more than an operational shift—it’s a recommitment to our values, our mission, and the next generation of African change agents,” she affirmed.
As Evolufy Africa embarks on this refined path, it calls on partners, collaborators, and supporters to join in shaping a better, more empowered future for Africa.
